How to create new company?

Ø  Open the Tally Software first.

Ø Then you will see the Tally screen.

Ø From the menu choose Create Company option.

Ø You will see a form to be filled.

Ø Apply the name of company and other related information as asked in the form.

Ø In the Maintain field select Accounts Only or Accounts With Inventory as per the nature of your company.

Ø Apply Tally Vault Password if you want to secure your data in encrypted form otherwise skip this field.

Ø Select Yes in the field of Use Security Control option.

Ø Apply the name of administrator and type the password twice.

Ø Set No to Use tally audit feature and press Enter key.

Ø At last press enter key to save the applied information.

Ø Now you can keep your transactions in Tally After applying your user name and password.
